DIRECTIONS:

  1. For best results, clean and dry all surfaces with a residue-free solvent, such as Permatex® Brake & Parts Cleaner.

  2. Cut nozzle to desired bead size – gaskets are best formed using a 1/16" to 1/4" (2-6mm) bead. A 1/8" (3mm) bead is sufficient in most applications.

  3. Activate PowerBead™ by twisting nozzle counterclockwise one complete revolution. This will raise trigger. Depress trigger to dispense.

  4. On first use, allow a second or two for the valve and nozzle to self-prime before product actually dispenses. Regulate pressure and flow by varying depression angle.

  5. Apply bead to one surface only, surrounding all bolt holes and evenly dispensing around entire circumference.

  6. Assemble parts within five minutes, tightening bolts to recommended torque levels. Material will fill any surface imperfection. Equipment can be returned to service immediately.

  7. Silicone will fully cure in 24 hours. After use, store applicator by twisting nozzle clockwise, wiping away excess silicone & replacing plastic cap with a “click”.

NOTE: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline.
