Permatex Dielectric Tune-Up Grease protects electrical connections and wiring, extends the life of bulb sockets, and prevents voltage leakage.
Coat inside of spark plug boot and ceramic portion of spark plug with a thin layer of Dielectric Grease
Snap boot onto plug, making sure fit is tight.
Connectors and Battery Terminals:
Make sure ignition system is off.
Clean surface with Permatex® Battery Cleaner.
Coat both parts ofterminal contact with Dielectric Grease.
Reassemble maintaining metal to-metal contact.
